As Data Processing Manager, I was responsible for the Billing and DP departments; five employees to do billing, payroll, general ledger, inventory control, payable and receivables. Responsible for the conversion to a new computer system (both hardware/software). Set up teleprocessing for the six warehouses.
Responsible for initiating and automating the manual accounting and inventory control systems; normal DP duties and coordinated the activities between the users and DP.
As Supervisor of DP Operations, I processed labor records for payroll and related cost distribution reports for 1600 1800 employees. Supervised two computer operators on two shifts and four data entry operators and a control clerk. Responsible for scheduling of all work processed, kept forms inventory and ordered all supplies used in DP. Also responsible for processing consumer billing and related reports for rural electric cooperatives and business accounting reports.
In Production Control, I was responsible for monitoring and requisitioning raw material for plant production. American Desk installed a new system (12/78) that used a Bill of Material and Factory Order System to help control production. Responsible for checking and making corrections to daily update reports on Raw Material, Manufactured Parts and Finished Goods inventories. Had 'unofficial' supervision over seven employees in Stores Department.

I am currently using Expression Web for some of my web designing along with NotePad. I have a good knowledge of XHTML (standards compliance and basic accessibility) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Knowledge of Macromedia Fireworks/ Dreamweaver, Print Shop Pro and Microsoft Office in Windows. Learning Flash ASP.NET. I've been web designing professionally since 1998.
