"They took our money and won't take our calls. We paid them $1499 + GST for a Website Design Package, they were to complete it within 3 weeks of payment, however it is now 6 months and it is still not completed. We also paid them $2000 + GST for 12 months of Social Media Marketing and in 6 months we received a banner and a few posts of up and coming events, one was posted on the day of the event, at the time it was finishing. No marketing has been done at all. We met them on numerous occasions at coffee shops around Bendigo, however at each meeting there was little progress, just a lot of promises they have not delivered. They have done the same to two other clients that I know of, that unfortunately I recommended when I first started doing business with them. Shame on you Tom!! You should set the record right, refund the money to the clients you are unable to help as your getting a bad name for your self very quickly."
