Well, I think I would say I know how to put a really great web design business together. I've spent a lot of time working out how it should all fit together and how to manage our growth to the next stage (the next stage is always the hardest). Principally I'm a developer, and I've made some really good web systems that I am very proud of. I also wrote the content management system that goes into nearly every website we produce now. I started in the industry as a freelancer, so I can also design and I know a bit about marketing too. I think the combination of my web skills and my business experience helps me understand our customers really well, and provide advice and input that considers every angle. I'm a really good listener.
