Jaj is Syncline's head of operations. He has over 12 years of experience as an editor and
handling operations. From 2001 – 2006 he worked as an editor on wide ranging projects.
In 2002 Jaj edited the Telly award winning documentary "India in transition". Since setting
up Syncline, he has overseen the growth the company. Jaj has a close working relationship
with many of Syncline's longstanding clients, and prides himself on delivering services that
help these clients achieve tangible results. He’s still very much a hands-on production head
capable of handling large productions like "IRON FIST 2013", The Indian Air Force's largest
day- night firepower demonstration held in the deserts of Rajasthan.
Coming from an IT background, Jaj is a technology enthusiast, in his spare time he’s usually
working on ways to deliver quality and drive business using the best and latest tech tools.
